The Kingdom Man by Lattafa is inspired by Le Male Elixir by Jean Paul Gaultier, pairing lavender and mint with vanilla, tobacco, tonka and warm resins. Sage gives Lattafa's opening a more herbal edge, and orange blossom adds a floral softness before benzoin and labdanum deepen the base. It stays in the same seductive honeyed-tobacco territory even without reproducing every detail of the Gaultier original.

Lavender and mint start cool with sage adding a green aromatic bite. Vanilla and tobacco quickly warm the center around orange blossom, then tonka, benzoin and labdanum create a thick balsamic finish that feels made for cold air.
The Kingdom Man is strong, projecting roughly 4-6 feet for the first three hours before settling into a rich tobacco-vanilla trail. Tonka, benzoin and labdanum give it an 8-10 hour backbone that carries easily through an evening.
