Welcome to Dynasty Decants. We take great pride in preparing and delivering your fragrance decants with care. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons—such as holidays or major sales—processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Methods and rates Rates

  • All orders are shipped via UPS or your selected carrier.
  • Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order or the speed of shipping that you choose.
  • We offer free US shipping on orders over $40 (after discounts and before tax).

Estimated Delivery Times

  • After processing, estimated transit times are approximately:
    • Domestic Standard: 3–7 business days
    • Domestic Expedited: 2–4 business days
    • International: 7–21 business days
  • Please note: These are estimated delivery windows provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather, customs, or carrier backlog.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your UPS tracking number.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order.

Dynasty Decanter is not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Lost or undeliverable packages due to address errors
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
  • If your package arrives damaged, or if your shipment is lost in transit, you must notify us within 24–48 hours so we can assist you in filing an insurance claim.
  • Refunds or replacements for lost or damaged items can only be processed after the carrier’s insurance claim is completed and approved.

To report damage, please include clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

Shipping Restrictions

  • At this time, we do not ship to:
  • P.O. Boxes
  • Certain remote locations
  • Countries restricted by U.S. trade laws
  • Please note that fragrances containing alcohol may face additional shipping limitations depending on local regulations.

Holiday Delays

  • Shipping and processing times may be extended during holidays due to high carrier volume. We appreciate your patience during these periods.
