We want you to feel confident ordering from Dynasty Decants.

Returns

We accept returns of unopened and unused fragrance decants within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Because fragrance samples and decants are personal-use products, opened or used items cannot be returned.

Please contact us before sending a return so we can provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damaged, Leaking, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect, or missing an item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

Include your order number and, when applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost to you.

You will not be responsible for return shipping when the issue was caused by an error on our part or damage during shipping.

Final Sale

Opened or used fragrance samples and decants are final sale and cannot be returned due to personal preference, including not liking how a fragrance smells or performs.
