Teriaq by Lattafa is often placed near La Belle by Jean Paul Gaultier because of its rich feminine-leaning fruit, vanilla and sensual sweet base, but it should not be treated as a simple clone. Bitter almond, caramel, apricot, honey and rhubarb make Teriaq more gourmand and tart, then leather and labdanum darken the finish. The La Belle comparison is useful for mood, but Teriaq has a far busier sweet-tart-leathery personality.

Pink pepper cuts through caramel, bitter almond and apricot before honey and rhubarb create a sticky sweet-and-sour contrast. Rose and white flowers soften that edge, then vanilla meets leather, labdanum and vetiver in a warm slightly animalic drydown.
Teriaq throws 3-5 feet of caramel, fruit and spice for roughly 2-3 hours, then the sweetness turns darker as leather and labdanum rise. Vanilla and musk keep it recognizable for around 8-10 hours.
Fall and winter evenings give Teriaq's caramel, honey and leather the space they need. Dinner dates, fashion events and cocktail bars suit its bold sweet-tart personality, while apricot, rose and caramel give the unisex fragrance a feminine lean.
