Summer Oud by Ahmed Al Maghribi takes inspiration from L'Heure Doree by Guerlain, combining saffron, incense, rose, amber and a rich woody base. Caramel and oud pull this version darker and sweeter, with leather, moss and vetiver adding extra weight to the drydown. If you enjoy L'Heure Doree but want more oud, leather and caramel in the finish, Summer Oud gives that idea a bolder turn.

Saffron, incense and mandarin wrap around dry cypriol at the start, then rose, amber and caramel make the center sweeter and richer. Patchouli and cashmere wood bridge into oud, leather, musk, oakmoss and vetiver, leaving a dark polished finish that feels far more cold-weather than summery.
Longevity sits around 9-11 hours, and the oud, leather, musk and mossy base can remain noticeable through most of the day. Summer Oud projects strongly and leaves a substantial trail, especially early in the wear.
Summer Oud may have the name, but cooler fall and winter weather suits its rose, amber, caramel, leather and oud far better than high heat.
