Ciao Bello Pistachio - Dubai Chocolate by Jousset Parfums is the inspiration for Pistachio Kunafa by Anfar, and the shared focus is unmistakably pistachio, caramel and chocolate. Toasted sesame gives Anfar's version a tahini-like nuttiness; cardamom and tonka warm the middle with extra spice. That savory-toasted edge keeps the fragrance from becoming a simple chocolate-pistachio copy.

The opening smells like pistachio caramel dusted with toasted sesame, more like nutty kunafa filling than bright pistachio ice cream. Cardamom and tonka warm the center before chocolate, vanilla, amber and powdery notes make the drydown dense, sweet and bakery-like.
