Oud Royale by L'Haya is inspired by Angels' Share by Kilian, built around cognac, cinnamon, oak and a sweet vanilla-wood base. L'Haya strips the structure down, leaning on praline and sandalwood instead of reproducing the full Kilian complexity. What remains is the familiar warm liquor-and-spice mood in a cleaner, simpler format.

Base: praline, vanilla, sandalwood
Cognac opens warm and slightly sharp before cinnamon and tonka soften into oak through the middle. Praline and vanilla add sweetness while sandalwood gives the finish a smooth wooden-barrel warmth.
Oud Royale opens with a 3-5 foot cloud of cognac, spice and woods for roughly 2-3 hours, then the trail turns warmer and smoother. Expect 8-10 hours, with praline, vanilla and sandalwood remaining after the cognac softens.
Fall and winter nights give Oud Royale's cognac, cinnamon and praline enough room to feel rich without turning sticky. Dinner parties, cocktail bars, holiday gatherings and relaxed evenings suit its boozy warmth, and the woody sweetness stays fully unisex.
