Moustache Eau de Parfum by Rochas is famously compared with Tuxedo by Yves Saint Laurent, but it remains a distinct interpretation. Pink pepper, rose, patchouli, benzoin and vanilla create the familiar dressed-up contrast, while mandarin makes Moustache brighter and easier at the start. It captures much of Tuxedo's elegant spicy-resinous atmosphere with a slightly softer, sweeter finish.

Pink pepper sparkles over juicy mandarin before cedar and Bulgarian rose give the middle a polished dry texture. Benzoin and vanilla warm the base while patchouli adds a dark earthy seam, like a tailored jacket with a faint sweet resin lingering in the fabric.
Moustache EDP starts out with sparkling spice and citrus, then settles smoothly into cedar, rose and a warm benzoin-vanilla base. Projection is noticeable but controlled, and the patchouli-rich drydown has enough stamina to carry from dinner well into the evening.
