Mawj Appletini by Paris Corner is inspired by Apple Brandy on the Rocks by Kilian, pairing cardamom, citrus, apple and booze with a cleaner woody base. Pineapple and vanilla make the center sweeter and fruitier, and moss adds a green edge before cedar and ambroxan appear. It keeps the cocktail-bar idea but makes the fruit more playful.
