Forever Gold by Ard Al Zaafaran is a brighter pistachio-gourmand spin on Yum Pistachio Gelato by Kayali, opening with pistachio and hazelnut before moving toward vanilla and tonka. Cassis, raspberry, peony and jasmine make the middle much more floral and tart than the creamy Kayali profile. It is a simpler take for anyone who wants pistachio sweetness without quite as much fluffy dessert weight.

Pistachio and hazelnut open with tart cassis cutting through the nuts. Raspberry, peony, jasmine and lily of the valley make the center bright and floral before vanilla and tonka leave a soft warm sweetness behind.
