Black Opium by Yves Saint Laurent is the clear inspiration behind Fleur Noire by ALT Fragrances, beginning with pear and orange blossom before coffee and jasmine darken the center. Bitter almond and cashmere wood make ALT's version softer and nuttier, while vanilla and patchouli preserve the warm coffee-floral finish. It is a familiar Black Opium idea with a gentler coffee note and a creamier almond edge.
