Sugar Me Carrot Cake by Maison Alhambra uses Rabbit by Zoologist as a creative jumping-off point, then pushes the idea much more literally toward dessert. Hazelnut, almond, cheesecake and cinnamon make the middle smell denser and more bakery-like, and vanilla and sandalwood soften the finish. It trades some of Rabbit's strange green-earthy character for a friendlier slice-of-cake gourmand.
