Spectre Ghost by French Avenue takes inspiration from Ani by Nishane, using ginger, cardamom, bergamot and vanilla to recreate the familiar spicy-sweet tension. Black currant and rose give the middle more fruity-floral color, whereas cedar and patchouli keep the base straightforward. Ani fans will notice the same sharp ginger-to-vanilla movement in a simpler, less intricate presentation.

Ginger, cardamom and bergamot hit sharply at first, almost buzzing over the skin. Pink pepper, black currant and rose add color through the middle before vanilla, cedar and patchouli make the drydown warmer and creamier.
Spectre Ghost comes on with a noticeable 3-5 foot ginger-spice presence for the first 2-3 hours before smoothing into vanilla woods. Wear lands around 7-9 hours, with vanilla, cedar and patchouli remaining once the sharp opening calms down.
