Oud Bois by Montagne interprets Oud Wood by Tom Ford through the same cardamom, sandalwood, vetiver and polished oud direction. Montagne adds a touch more amber and vanilla warmth in the base, which makes the later wear feel rounder and creamier. It keeps the refined dry-wood character of Oud Wood without turning the oud animalic or overly heavy.

Cardamom and black pepper land on polished rosewood with a dry, almost pencil-shaving crispness. Sandalwood softens the middle, then oud, amber and tonka darken the room without losing that clean tailored feel.
Oud Bois starts dry and spicy, projecting cardamom, pepper and rosewood clearly before the sandalwood and vetiver smooth the edges. It wears for roughly 8-10 hours, ending as a closer oud, amber and tonka trail with quiet vanilla warmth.
