Norah Pistachio by Adyan by Anfar takes inspiration from Yum Pistachio Gelato by Kayali, building around pistachio, ice cream, hazelnut and a fluffy sweet base. Pear and raspberry brighten the middle, whereas rum and cardamom give the nutty opening a little more warmth. Rum, hazelnut and the creamier base push Norah Pistachio deeper into dessert territory than Yum Pistachio Gelato.

Pistachio gelato and hazelnut arrive first, warmed by rum and cardamom but lifted enough by bergamot to keep the opening from feeling heavy. Pear, raspberry and florals add some brightness before whipped cream, marshmallow, cotton candy and tonka turn the drydown soft, fluffy and unapologetically sweet.
Norah Pistachio is more easygoing than loud, with its nutty-sweet opening sitting comfortably around you instead of filling a room. The scent holds on reasonably well before fading through a soft whipped-cream, marshmallow and tonka drydown.
