Noor by Riiffs sits squarely in Bianco Latte by Giardini di Toscana territory with caramel, milk, vanilla and a soft musky base. Lily of the valley gives Riiffs a faint floral lift, and praline makes the drydown nuttier and a touch more dessert-like. The resemblance is easy to understand, but Noor feels slightly softer and more floral around the edges.
