With Yum Pistachio Gelato by Kayali as its reference, Nisma by Arabiyat Prestige begins with pistachio and hazelnut before moving into a fluffy sweet base. Cassis and raspberry make Nisma noticeably tarter, and peony, jasmine and lily of the valley give the middle more floral color. The berry contrast pulls Nisma away from pure pistachio cream and into something brighter, tarter and more colorful.
