Percival by Parfums de Marly is the reference point for Kaaf by Ahmed Al Maghribi, and the shared lavender, citrus, ambroxan and clean-musk structure is easy to understand. Sandalwood gives the center extra smoothness, even as watermelon and red fruits make Kaaf sweeter and juicier. If you enjoy Percival but wish the opening had more fruit and the base had a denser musky body, this comparison is worth putting on skin.
