Eros Flame by Versace is built around the tension between bright citrus, hot pepper and a sweet woody base. Rose and geranium give the center a refined floral turn that separates it from a simple citrus-spice scent. Vanilla, tonka, sandalwood and cedar then pull the whole composition into a warmer, more sensual second half.

Lemon, mandarin and bitter chinotto flash brightly against black pepper and rosemary, giving the opening a sharp hot-cold contrast. Rose and geranium smooth the middle before vanilla and tonka spread over dry woods like warmth returning after a blast of cold air.
Eros Flame starts lively and far-reaching, then trades its peppery citrus edge for a warmer vanilla-tonka trail. The woody base keeps the fragrance going for roughly 9-11 hours, so the sweet drydown gets plenty of time to develop.
Fall, winter and mild spring evenings are where Eros Flame shines, especially date nights, dinners, parties and nights out that begin before sunset and run late. It leans masculine, but the rose, vanilla and citrus make it smoother and more expressive than a rigidly traditional men's scent.
