Celerio Epic by Dumont takes inspiration from Angels' Share by Kilian, built around cognac, cinnamon and sweet fruit over a warm vanilla base. Apple and plum make Dumont's version fruitier, and nutmeg with dry woods gives the center a rougher, spicier frame. If you like Angels' Share but want more apple-plum weight and less pastry softness, Celerio Epic is worth sampling.
